Victoria University is a dynamic institution with innovative pathways to success.

of only a few dual-sector institutions offering both Higher Education and
Technical and Further Education (TAFE). Successful completion of a TAFE course
means that students can move into a similar degree obtaining credit for previous
studies completed, thereby shortening the duration of the undergraduate degree.
The University also offers English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas
Students (ELICOS), from beginner to advanced levels.

Support Services for International Students
he University provides a variety of support services to international
students including orientation, study skills assistance, counselling, housing
assistance, International Student's Association (ISA), childcare.
Pre-departure support.
Victoria University distributes comprehensive pre-departure information
kits and ensures that these are distributed to students well before departure.
Arrival
The University uses a designated airport reception company that
has extensive experience with International students and in particular
students from the Thailand and South East Asia .
Campus Location and Accommodation
All eleven campuses are close to public transport and boast modern
facilities, including state-of-the-art research and computer laboratories;
unmatched multimedia, design and online technology training facilities;
online library services; health services; and a wide range of recreation
facilities.
Victoria University owns and operates the Student Village ,
a residential complex for university students..
Diploma of Business
This is a (two semester) full-time course offered by the University'. On successful
completion, students may fast track to the second year of a Bachelor
of Business degree taught by the University's Faculty of Business
and Law. Entry requirement are 5.5 IELTS and completion of the equivalent
of Australian year 12. To maximize pathways opportunities for students, the
course has three intake dates, March, June and October.
